Service Terms

By placing an order with Bajo Laundry, you agree to allow us to collect, wash, and return your items per the speed package selected. Turnaround windows (24h / 2-day / 3-day) start from the time of pickup or drop-off, whichever is later.

Pricing Policy

Prices are quoted per kilogram for wash & fold and per item for shoes, bags, and outerwear. Final weight is measured at our facility on a calibrated scale. The customer is notified by WhatsApp before any work that exceeds the original quote by more than 20%.

Liability

We treat every garment with care, however we cannot accept liability for items with pre-existing damage, garments that are not colour-fast, or items requiring specialty cleaning that was not requested at intake. Compensation for confirmed loss or damage is capped at 10× the service charge for that item.

Privacy

We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: name, WhatsApp number, pickup address, and order details. We do not sell or share customer information. Order data is retained for 12 months for accounting and quality records.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation any time before pickup. Once items are collected and washing has begun, the service charge applies. If we are unable to deliver as scheduled (weather, harbor closures, force majeure), we will reschedule at no extra cost.

For any concern, message us on WhatsApp at +62 811-556-553. We aim to respond within 2 hours during operating hours (Mon–Sat, 08.00–20.00 WITA). Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct contact fall under West Manggarai jurisdiction, Republic of Indonesia.
